My boyfriend loved these cookies! He said he couldn't stop eating them once he started. They are very peanutbuttery (obviesly since there's not a lot of other ingredients added to them. I already have a request to bake another batch. I will double the batch this round as others have noted it doesn't make very many....

Excellent recipe. I made both the flourless peanut butter cookies and this recipe and I like this recipe better and my boyfriend liked the flourless. These cookies turned out really soft and I like the added chocolate chip in the center. I will be making these again very soon!

Excellent cookies! Very sweet, so if you don't like rich food, this recipe isn't for you. My husband loves peanut butter, so this is a keeper. They turned out perfect and did not lose there shape. Take the advice of everyone else and refridgerate the peanut butter cups before inserting them into the dough.
