Coffee Frosting
Unlike one of the other reviews, when I made this frosting it turned out too thin and tasted mostly like powdered sugar. I don't know what happened, but I thinki it has great potential and I will try it again sometime!

Oatmeal Baked Chicken
This is the best baked chicken I have tasted! It's that good! My husband and I end up fighting over the oatmeal coating. I find that the recipe needed more butter to coat the chicken evenly. I usually do the called-for amount of butter and some olive oil mixed together. And I pour the mixture over the chicken. I love this recipe!

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
I made this one night for my mom and I to enjoy together, and it was wonderful. I don't recall making any changes to the original recipe! I served it with steamed Brocoli, fresh orange slices, and Brown rice! Try it!
