Easy Chicken Enchiladas
These were SOOOOO delicious! I substituted a can of mild rotel for the salsa, kept everything else the same. Added enchilada sauce to cover bottom of pan, and on top of enchiladas before baking. I have never before been brave enough to make enchiladas, and I'm so glad I found this recipe! Thanks Ian and Kris!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
I love this recipe! I have made it several times, and I'm still amazed at it's simplicity. Don't let it's simplicity fool you, it is delicious!
