I am from Greece but I live in Canada with my husband and my 4 years old son.I am a kindergarten teacher and I love cooking.I think I love cooking so much because I love eating. My favorite thing to cook is pasta.Pasta with anything;chicken,beef,fish,pork. Also,I enjoy cooking new recipes that's why I found the meaning of my life in "allrecipes.com" I am an expert in "MOUSAKA" and "PASTITSIO" and believe me those are two of the most difficult greek dishes,because they have the special cream on top. Believe it or not I can't cook lentil soup.I tried different recipes in the past but the result was horrible.So,I gave it up.
