Hi! My name is Felisha, the beautiful little girl in the picture is my daughter Leilani. I was born in Korea, but my dad was in the Air Force and I ended up in Hawaii. I have been serving in the Air Force for the past 10 years. If you need any Korean food tips or recipe requests let me know..I can ask Mom if I don't have an answer!

Tomato Chicken Parmesan
So, I made this for my 3 year old and boyfriend. My daughter asked for second and my boyfriend told me that he thinks he loves me more now! It took me a little longer to cook than 30 minutes (more like 45), but it was so worth it. I took everyone's advce and pounded the chicken first. I only used about half of the bread crumb/cheese mixture and added dried minced onion and dried garlic to the bread crumb mixture. I used mozzarella cheese in the last 5 minutes of cook time. There were wonderful! Next time, I will double the pasta sauce so there will be enough for the noodles.

Cajun Chicken Pasta
This is my first recipe review. I have tried so many recipes, but this is my first actual review. I LOVE this recipe. It is restaraunt quality at home. I always make extras for the younger airmen (I am in the Air Force) in the dorms. I always get rave reviews. When I use heavy cream, I need to add cornstarch or flour to thicken the sauce. I used heavy whipping cream this time and it was perfect. I add extra minced garlic and extra cajun seasoning. I used farfalle (bow tie pasta) so my 2 year old doesn't choke on it like she does with the longer style noodles. This is definitely one of my favorites!
