I am 34 years old and a mom of 3. I love to cook. When I cook, my kids are right there with me learning. My 12 year old son prides himself on being able to know what spices are missing from dishes. My 11 year old daughter enjoys searching for new recipes and plating dishes to make them look as good as they taste and my 10 year old son makes the best country ham I have ever tasted! With this, my children's palates are growing every meal. Always, safety is the highest priority, but the bonding is priceless. The first time I made sauage gravy was horrible! It looked like paste. Needless to say, I got it figured out & now I am teaching my kids how to do it.
