About this Cook
Started cooking with my mother when I was 6 yrs old. I am a 40 yr old retired Barber Stylist, I have had Multiple Sclerosis for 23 yrs and was diagnosed with Anklosing Spondalitis in 05. Been married for 12 yrs to my loving and gorgeous neighbor, but we've been together alot longer. Have 4 beautiful boys, 20, 16, 10, and 6 yrs old. So you can see why I cook with this many mouths to feed and love every minute of it.
My favorite things to cook
Secret Family Spagetti, Carniasada Breakfast Taco's, Devil's Skillet, Bar-B-Queing any kind of meat, Baking Rhubarb Pie with homemade crust.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Everyone loves my Spagetti, my husband wants me to patten and sell it to the public.
My cooking triumphs
I once made an entire Chinese meal of Sweet-n-Sour chicken & shrimp, lomein noodles, and Veggie Stir-Fry. Even the kids liked it and it was actually a pretty display also.
My cooking tragedies
I tried to make a French Silk Pie for my brother-in-law one of our 1st Christmas's that my husband and I were married, and you could eat it or should I say drink it with a straw.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls
These were very delish. I added an additional 3/4 Cup of the cinnamon and suger mixture on top and bottom. Need to make more as family ate them so fast, I cooked, they ate, I washed pan. And this all happened within 8 hours. What can I say, "We're all the piggies around here"

Creamy Linguini for Two
Very good but I thought there was little to much parmesan as it soaked up all the cream sauce and made it dry. Next time I will double the sauce ingredients and add some Articokes, chicken, fresh mushrooms, and maybe some sun dried tomatoes. Will be scrumptious.
