Grain and Nut Whole Wheat Pancakes
These are really thick but delicious! I added a 1/2 cup of wheat germ and substituted the oil for applesauce.

Old-Fashioned Strawberry Shortcake
Wow, I'm glad I chose this recipe! I used whole wheat flour and splenda and it was truly delicious. I was eating it without any strawberries!
