Garlic Corn on the Cob
Had corn that I had to cook before it went bad....was gonna BBQ but weather has been bad for days!! So used this recipe and it was great! I did add onion powder, salt and pepper though.

Porcupines
Made these today for the first time and LOVED them!!!!! I used tomatoe soup and tomatoe sauce combined and then added chicken stalk as they cooked. Did them on the stove brown them then add liquid and simmer for about an hour...rice was cooked fine.

Three Animal Italian Meatballs
Made this recipe this morning...in fact I am eating one right now!!!! They are great!!!! I really enjoy the flavour and the texture. Tonight my family will be eating them with my homemade pasta sauce and I'm sure they will enjoy them!
