Chantal's New York Cheesecake
We love this cheesecake.We did let everything get to room temp before we began combining the ingredients. We also added some more butter to the crust so it would press nicely. We also used a water bath on the rack below the cake. We sprayed the inside of the pan with cooking spray. It came out great! We baked it at night and left it in the oven over night after baking it for one hour (we did not touch the oven door)! We are very pleased with this cheesecake. We will make it again.
