Seven Layer Dip I
This is excellent! I love that it has ground beef in it. It's a meal! Perfect for parties and it always seems to go!

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas
This is definitely 5 stars! Loved it, loved it, loved it!! The cottage cheese thru me off but I had to try it because of the reviews and it was excellent...very creamy. Did not make any changes.

Green Bean Artichoke Casserole
I made this for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it. Although, I will definitely tone down the garlic next time .. way too much. I did take the others advice and decrease the amount of bread crumbs. This is a keeper ...Thanks.
