Red Potato Soup
Thanks a LOT for the suggestions in the reviews, everyone! First off, I used a light roux like one reviewer suggested (which completely eliminated the separation problems), used about half of the called-for celery seed and added celery of my own, and added some fresh spinach when I added the milk. Turned out great!

Toasted Apple-Pecan Brie Sandwiches
This recipe is INCREDIBLY easy and nobody who eats it can tell! It takes all of 15-20 minutes to make, including peeling the apples. This is the type of dish you get for $15 at a nice restaurant. Absolutely loved it

Raspberry-Glazed Rosemary Chicken
Excellent! This chicken and glaze had a different, delicious taste to it. Although skeptical at first about the raspberry jam and honey mustard (I used dijon honey mustard), my girlfriend enjoyed it as much as I did.
