The only thing I own right now that I can cook anything in is a wok. It's been a great exercise in creativity to see what I can do with it, from curry to cider. That said, it's not much good when I decide I want to bake... I'm really starting to love baking. Making pies for Thanksgiving was fun and so rewarding. French onion soup, the Swedish apple pie, pumpkin pie, and spiced cider have been my biggest hits with the people I cook with. None yet, knock on wood. It'll be a horrible day, but so far I haven't been very adventurous, so it's been less likely.
