Beer-Boiled Shrimp
So easy! I used less butter and waited to salt the broth only after it was ready. I didn't let it stand for half an hour. I recommend having some crusty french bread handy for the broth!

Aunt Mazo's Dessert
Yummy! Use tart cherries instead, it cuts the sweetness. I liked but did not love the flavor of the milk, I was hoping that it tasted like homemade caramel. I will make it again. It's pretty labor intensive, always making sure the water is high enough.

Crab-Stuffed Potatoes
I think that the recipe was a little rich and bland (though I used white onions because I don't like green onions or chives). I think that this could have been remedied by using less butter and extra sharp cheddar (I used mild). The taste reminded me a bit of clam chowder which I love.
