Pineapple Pretzel Fluff
Oh this stuff is gooooood! I've made it exactly as the recipe states, and it's good. But I prefer to use less sugar in the pretzels (and I just bake em on a cookie sheet with raised edges) and a bit less butter as well. Let it chill overnight, and keep the pretzel mixture in a ziploc baggie. Add in JUST before serving. This stuff will get gobbled up quickly! Making it again for a July 4th party this weekend!

Eclair Cake
YUM YUM YUM! Didn't think this was going to be anything other than the same ol' pudding recipe...wrong! Really does taste like an eclair! I used skim milk and light cool whip, and it was still amazing! DEFINITELY warm the frosting in the microwave then drizzle it on top- soo much easier than spreading. And it gets better as it sits. Day 2 and it was perfect! Will definitely be making this again soon!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Soooo good! DEFINITELY season it- I used a bit of everything; parsley, seasoned salt, celery seed. Used a can of cream of chicken and a can of cream of celery...AMAZING! Making for Thanksgiving but upping the soup and water so I can use 2 tubes of biscuits. I LOVE this stuff!!!!
