Fried Rice with Chicken
This is a great basic recipe! I would never have thought to use bacon, but it definately adds flavor. I also sauteed some diced red onion and broccoli in the bacon grease before adding the other ingredients, along with 2 tbsps of butter I added for more flavor. I had left-over rotisserie chicken, so I used that instead of raw chicken and just added it after the rice and veggies. A great way to use up left-overs. Thanks for the great recipe!

Peanut Butter Fudge
Great recipe and not too difficult to make. I substituted a little of the marshmallow creme for some extra peanut butter because I like a little more PB flavor. Would recommend you try this one!

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll
Loved it! I served it at a work function and it was received very well. Also has a nice presentation when dusted with a little powder sugar and served on a rectangular platter.
