This is better than the soup we get at an authentic greek restaurant we go to in a city with a large greek population! My husband absolutely loved it; it was very lemony flavored but we really liked the flavor If you prefer less lemon just add less lemon I did use greek roasted lemon chicken to add to it which itself was delicious too and I added more rice to thicken the soup a bit

I have made these a few times now and they are the best pancakes I've ever had. The last time I made these I forgot the baking soda which any baker knows is a bad thing...the pancakes turn out too dense and not light and fluffy. Just remember the essentials baking soda and powder.

This was a great recipe...I put only slightly less lime juice in it and marinaded overnight. The beef came out delicious and different then typical beef fajitas.
