I am a 27 year old SAHM to two beautiful girls. I have loved to cook since I was young. I love to try new recipes all the time. I spend more time in the Kitchen than I do anywhere else in my home! Italian! I love anything to do with Pasta! Mexican and anything fried! Nothing like Fried comfort foods! Every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas, I always cook my Coconut Cream Pie that everyone LOVES! Any recipe that turns out a winner is a triumph in my book! BROWNIES! Anything that has to do with Brownies, is always a disaster for me. I have never been able to make them at all without them coming out of the oven hard as a rock.
