Very Chocolate Ice Cream

Delicious. I made this for my daughter. I am not a chocolate guy but this ice cream came out perfect. I added some leftover chocolate chips i had from making cookies. Will definitely make again. I will probably double the recipe next time though. It is almost gone, lol.

Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream

Turned out perfectly. It was my first time making a custard style ice cream. I wish i left it in the ice cream maker so it could set up longer i stopped it after 20 mins, i will let it go for 30 mins next time.

Million Dollar Fudge

Wonderful. This was my first time making fudge and it turned out perfectly. I live in Upstate NY and I drink a wine called Sweet Rosie. This fudge and the wine go perfectly together. Excellent fudge.

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

Loved it. I was looking for a recipe so i could stretch some canned sauce i already had. Well lets just say i never pulled the can opener out of the drawer i tripled the recipe and used 2lbs of ground turkey instead of beef. I will never buy sloppy joe in a can or packet again. Thanks for this recipe.

Best Carrot Cake Ever

The title says it all. This carrot cake is moist and delicious. My family loves it, as do I. Only change I made was that I mixed the nuts into the Creamcheese frosting instead of putting them in the cake itself.

Canadian Barn BBQ Sauce

I make this sauce all the time. I have only made one modification to the recipe, I added 1/2 tsp of crushed red peppers. My family and friends love it, and say it only taste right when i make it for them. This sauce is perfect, i oughtta bottle it so I just have it around instead of having to make it all the time. I have used this on chicken mostly and ribs once, and I never have any sauce or chicken left over. I brush on throughout the cooking process so that the sauce caramelizes. If you do it that way you will never get a complaint about this sauce again.
