Braised Balsamic Chicken
I am on a low cal diet and finding new recipes has become a challenge. This is a perfect chicken recipe that has plenty of flavor. I didn't have a chance to read other reviews before making this dish but luckily I know how powerful balsamic vinegar can be and cut it in half. I also cut the rosemary in half. It still looked as if it may be overseasoned but luckily it was not. I would season to taste as a suggestion. The sauce is wonderful. I will use the leftovers for a pasta dish tomorrow night. Quick, easy and flavorful. I definately will make this again.

One Bowl Brownies
I really wanted to like this recipe but I was very disappointed with the results. My 10 yr old daughter wanted to bake brownies for her class b/c she was nominated for student council. I chose this b/c of the simplicity and the reviews. However the final product was not as good as I'd hoped. You could taste the sugar in the brownie, also they weren't very chocolately and didn't have the color shown in the pic. Although, the texture was great in the brownies I could salvage (they stuck to the side of the pan--I had to literally scrape them off). The 2nd batch I added foil as suggested and was able to remove them easily but still, they had a baked sugar taste w/out much "chocolate" taste. Maybe the cocoa and oil many users suggested would help. If I try this recipe again I will definately cut the sugar and add cocoa.

Flourless Chocolate Cake II
This was delicious!! I didn't expect it to be so good. I've never baked a "flourless" cake before so didn't know what to expect. It is very rich and chocolatey. This was the dessert for my V-day dinner I cooked for my boyfriend and he loved it. It's brownie like but seeing how I love brownies I wasn't complaining. To offset the richness I served with Cool Whip and sprinkled w/ chocolate shavings. I will definately be making again.
