Chicken Pot Pie IX
I made this for guests. We all liked it, but agreed there were just way too many peas. Easy fix, which I did on the second try. The first pie was also too dry, so I did as others have suggested and added some condensed cream of chicken soup. An improvement, but I think I will add yet more moisture on my third pie: more milk and/or more soup. Fantastic gravy, though! Wonderful base, just tweak to your tastes. A keeper.

Cranberry Salad II
This is a family classic, on the holiday table for as long as I can remember. I recently added a texture tweak that has my guests raving: use 1 cup fresh cranberries as listed, but sub in 1 cup of DRIED cranberries. Amazing, chewy surprise!
