I love to cook.(duh)Anyway I am from the south so I know southern. I have been cooking since i was 8. starting off helping my mom in the kitchen, now I cook the meals when mom can't. I love seeing people reaction and thoughts about my "dish". So help me by telling me what i did right/wrong. I watch food network everyday. Favorite chef is Bobby Flay, love all his shows!
