I am wife and proud mom of two girls. I love to read, cook, spend time with my family. I also do cake decorating as a hobby. So many to choose from! I enjoy decorating cakes for friends and family. I love to grill fish, steak, chicken.....and love trying new recipes. We have a Christmas tradition of cooking appetizers to have during present opening with Mom's homemade punch, meatballs, cookies and candies. Christmas morning we have oven french toast with a homemade syrup and sausage dish, homemade fruit cocktail with a brandy sauce, hmmmmm. A triumph to me is any cooking excursion that tastes great! Oh boy. We have all had those. I made a dish that was soo bad the dog wouldn't eat it!!!!
