Barbeque Chicken

This was just OK. I think the Carmelized Baked Chicken is much better. Didn't love the overall flavour but the chicken did come out very tender. I used skinless, boneless chicken thighs.

This was just OK. The marinade smelled wonderful but I think that b/c the fish isn't marinated in the flavours it's too mild of a taste for me.

The Best Big, Chewy Triple Chip Cookies

A really good chocolate chip cookie. You might want to use a little less (1 1/2 cups) of chips b/c the chocolate overpowered the cookie. Also, use the tip from other posters and use room temperature eggs in order to have taller cookies.

Banana Crumb Muffins

These were very light and moist. The one thing I didn't like was the fact that by melting the butter before adding it it makes the muffin bottoms come out soggy with butter. It's gross. Next time I'll try to blend the butter with the sugar instead of melting the butter. Otherwise these are great.

Soft, Moist and Gooey Cinnamon Buns

I thought these cinnamon rolls tasted really good ... but I'm not sure they're worth getting up so early to put the dough on. I plan to see if there's a good overnight cinnamon roll recipe. I would have appreciated knowing how sticky the dough would be coming out. I had sprinkled a bit of flour down but it needed a lot more. Overall, a good recipe ... just time consuming.

Unbelievable Chicken

This was a good marinade. I only marinated for 7 hours and I think it would be even better if I had done it overnight. This would be great with bbq'd veggies. :)

These fries didn't live up to my expectations. The coating didn't stay on (the excess burned while the fries baked) and the flavour was quite bland. The texture of the fries was quite good.

Fudgy 1-Bite Brownies

Very tasty and fudgy!! Make sure if you opt for muffins or minimuffins to use the muffin papers. These are so moist that they're had to get out of the pan. Next time I'll try using mint extract and mini chocolate chips.
