This is the perfect recipe for BBQ pork. Truly, I don't much care for BBQ and I ate this as lunch leftovers everyday this week. It is absolutely necessary to choose a BBQ sauce that you enjoy, but this is a perfect cookinng method and it has the best flavor.

This was my first time making rolls and these came out fantastic!I forced myself to freeze some to keep from eating them all at once. The defrosted rolls were just as good as the freshly baked. If you are a beginning baker this is a great recipe to try.

Truth be told, I don't usually enjoy chicken marsala, but I thought I'd endure it b/c my hubby LOVES it. The flavors have always been a bit too subtle for me, but this dish is the exception. I really liked this dish. It was rich and flavorful; however if you are the type to enjoy a subtle dish of marsala this recipe may not be for you.
