Hot Pepper Jelly
This is great! I too used 2 pkgs of pectin but wow it is better than what I purchased in the stores.

Cabbage Rolls II
I added fresh garlic, basil, parsley,rosemary,chili powder, used my favorite tomato sauce and added my own chili sauce and some clamato juice, with the lean ground hamburg I added ground turkeyand minced onion. GOOD!
