Big Soft Ginger Cookies

These cookies are amazingly good! I did not change one thing in this recipe, however, I did let the dough sit in the refrigerator for a couple hours to make them less sticky. A definite keeper...thanks!

Cheesecake Supreme

This cheesecake received many compliments on its taste, however, I was extrememly disappointed in its appearance. This cake had a huge crack in the center in the shape of a "T". To make light of it, I told everyone I personalized the cheesecake since my name begins with a "T"!

Party Pinwheels

This appetizer is incredibly easy to make. Just be sure to make it the day before and wrap it tightly in foil so that the tortillas keep their shape after cutting and the flavors have a chance to blend together.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

These potatoes are so incredibly yummy! I make them ahead the night before and keep them in the refrigerator (making sure not to smash them) and then reheat them in the oven before dinner. This saves on clean-up and allows you to have more visiting time with family and friends!

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

I added worcestershire for half of the seeds and cinnamon/sugar for the other half of seeds. My family enjoyed the cinnamon/sugar most! Very easy to make...enjoy.

Blue Cheese Burgers

I love hamburgers! This is a definite change from the usual "beef" burger I typically make. I enjoyed this burger because of the flavor. I did cut back on the salt because blue cheese has a very salty taste to me. I prefer my burgers on dutch crunch rolls.

Red Skinned Potato Salad

My husband is not a big fan of potato salad, but I knew I found a winner when he got up for a second helping! Thanks for a great recipe...a definite keeper. Per others' suggestions, I did use the 1 cup sour cream/1 cup mayo and red onion. Perfect.

Sophie's Zucchini Bread

Yummy!!!! I tried a few zucchini bread recipes from this website and this one is the best. Very moist and full of flavor. I did not use the nuts per my husband's request. My 3 year old loves this bread!

Cranberry Sauce I

Those who like cranberry sauce really enjoyed this recipe. I am not a fan of cranberry sauce, but I made it for those who do...I cannot believe how incredibly easy this was to make. The best part is that you can make it at least a day ahead in order to save yourself some time.

Cornbread Stuffing With Sausage

This has a wonderful flavor. Unfortunately for me, this was my first attempt at making stuffing from scratch and I added too much liquid so it was a bit too moist. Not to worry...next year it will be absolutely perfect!

New York Cheesecake III

A thick, rich and creamy cheesecake! Absolutely perfect. This was my second attempt at a cheesecake since my first attempt (different recipe) cracked like crazy. This cake turned out perfectly and I got so many amazing compliments. Make absolutely sure you bake as recommended in the recipe.
