I love to cook. I've been cooking and inventing foods since I was tall enough to see the top of the stove. I used to make my own soups as a kid. Kitchen sink soups though. I'd take whatever leftovers we had in the house and I'd go into the freezer and just put it all together with chicken broth or beef broth. (I have no idea where I learned to do it.) I'd have veggies and chicken and all kinds of things. I also used to make pancakes of all shapes, sizes and color. I used to substite for different flavors. Like apple sauce instead of water or milk. Or half the milk and the other half adding chocolate pudding.
My favorite things to cook
Beside making cakes of all kinds. I love to make boneless, skinless hot wing breasts. You just take boneless skinless chicken breast and cook them up like you would hot wings. They you make the sauce by mixing butter and Hot sauce. until you get the taste and hotness you want. delicious.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My father and my mother love to cook as well. We make a holiday out of everything just so we can cook. We all have our own recipes. We are working on our own family book and giving it to relatives that are dying for the recipes.
My cooking triumphs
The only thing I didn't triumph with was making homemade caramel apples. I just couldn't seem to get the caramel right.
My cooking tragedies
I destroyed Caramel appples. ha ha.
