Caramel Pie II
Love it! Love it! I boil my cans for 3 hours and 30mins. Turns out great. I like to coat the pie crust with melted chocolate and top with chocolate shavings.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
My husband loves these. I made three different Oatmeal Cookie recipes and this one was by far his favorite! They are soft and chewy with plenty of oatmeal flavor and not over baring with cinnamon. I made mine with QuickOats. Next time I'm going to try the old fashioned oats and see which he likes better.

Apple Crisp II
Very yummy and simple. I cut the recipe in half, because I made it in a pie pan. Drizzled with a little carmel and topped with homemade whipcream! Yum!
