Made this just as the recipe stated - it was wonderful! The little bit of heat from the hot sauce and the sweet of the apricot preserves... fantastic!

This was wonderful! We got a huge bunch of broccoli with our organic box delivery so I thought I would try this. Used every bit of it, stems and all, just cooked a little bit longer to soften. Threw in some garlic with the onions at the beginning, and used the potato masher idea, which gave it lots of nice texture, otherwise followed the recipe. Can't wait for the next broccoli delivery!

I was looking for something to do with a pound of hamburger and happened upon this recipe. I made it exactly as listed and got rave reviews from my family. The extra zip from the (low sodium) packet of taco seasoning was just perfect for my gang. I already have requests to make it again.
