Parmesan Chicken
Fabulous! Super easy, moist chicken with a crispy coating. The only substitution I made was to add a tad extra olive oil to my skillet. Will absolutely make again - and again!

Meat Filled Manicotti
The taste was good, granted, but I followed the recipe exactly, and both my husband and I found the filling to be a bit dry. I'm sure some of that was my poor stuffing skills, but there was an element of moisture lacking - I will add extra cottage cheese for that next time.

Yummy Meatloaf
Not only is this meatloaf beyond yummy, but it's unbelievably easy!! I have made several different ones, and found this to be the best - great taste, consistency, and you can top it with whatever you like. We do ketchup, barbecue sauce, or a salsa and corn topping. Yummy!
