Lemon PHILLY Cupcakes
These cupcakes were amazingly moist!! Instead of box cake mix I made my white cake from scratch then added the package of lemon pudding- they turned out so delicious that I did not frost them as planned. I had no idea pudding came in so many flavors...I cannot wait to try out more combinations- thanks for a great idea!!

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes and Asparagus
This is delicious and a nice change from the usual dinner sides. Like others I halved the herb quantities. I suggest mincing the garlic & using fresh herbs instead of dried. Overall, very tasty...thank you!

Apple Crisp II
This was absolutely fabulous!! My only suggestion is to substitute the water for a mixture of 1/3 water, 2/3 vanilla. I think ice cream & whip cream would be too much...have a coffee with Baileys instead! Thank you for a lovely recipe that even a beginner such as myself could not ruin!
