Lazy Daisy Cake

I am so impressed with this cake. It was easy to make and so delicious. Everyone at my party raved that it was awesome. I was even asked to make it for other people's parties. Thanks for a great recipe. I didn't alter anything.

Banana Pudding III

I was impressed that the instant pudding actually tasted all the real thing. I didn't get to try the end result but people seemed to like it and there wasn't any left at the end of the party. Will make again just for me!

These just didn't work well for me. I may try again cause I don't know that it was the recipe. I just found the phyllo pastry hard to work with.

Sparkling Punch

Wow! I didn't believe the other reviews. Yes, you will need to double this recipe. It is that good. I had people who normally don't drink anything but liquor and wine at my parties actually drinking this instead cause it was that good. There was nothing left and still another hour or two left in the party. This will be a staple at all my parties now. Thanks for a great and easy recipe.

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ok, I really enjoyed this recipe. However, I had whole segments of garlic and my mixer would not crush them. Maybe that's my fault cause I have a crappy mixer. I would suggest crushing the garlic before mixing in the potatoes. But other than that, a great recipe. Thanks!

Great Grandma's Bread Stuffing

I'm only giving 2 stars cause it didn't have a good presentation. I almost didn't serve it but after tasting it...had to put it out. I took one reviewers suggestion and added chicken broth (I didn't stuff in a turkey) and cooked at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. It was so flavorful. I think I will not chop the celery and onion so small next time. That may help.

Pineapple Stuffing

I wasn't too sure about this one but tried it for the Christmas party and it was a hit! I cut down on the sugar to 1/4 cup of Splenda blend (1/2 cup sugar equivalent) and it was plenty sweet. One of the hits at the party. Will definitely make again.

I thought these were kind of bland. I love the idea of using the crock pot cause I didn't have to mess with them but next time will add much more seasoning.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

OMG! This was the best apple pie! This was my 2nd try at making apple pie. My boyfriend could not stop raving about it and asked me to make it for Christmas! Thanks so much for a terrific recipe. Update: Made for Christmas party, the pie was gone! I'm going to have to make 2 next year.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

My first time cooking fish and my bf was nervous (as was I) but I picked a winner. The marinade was delicious. I used salmon and baked at 350 for about 20 minutes. This is going into the rotation. Thanks for a great recipe!

Key West Chicken

Great, easy recipe. I marinated the chicken breast for over an hour and then cooked them on med heat in a skillet in fresh marinade. They were delicious. My boyfriend said this was one to keep! Next time I will try on the George Foreman grill. I was just nervous that the chicken would dry out since I didn't marinate it that long. Thanks for the recipe!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Delicious! By far my favorite recipe from this site. My boyfriend could not stop commenting on this recipe. I doubled the sauce upon reviews and it was worth it. Added chicken to a bed of white rice and drizzled the extra sauce on top of the whole meal Update: Just tried this again and it was delicious. Coated the chicken in soy flour and gave it a nice coating. The sauce turned out great too!

Baked Tortilla Chips

These were great. I love that they are healthier than store bought chips. I substituted olive oil for vegetable oil and lemon juice for the lime juice. No other spices as the salsa we have is spicy enough. Will definitely make again

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

This was very good. We are not the biggest fans of artichokes so next time may just leave them out all together and just make this a spinach dip. I will definitely use this recipe again. Also used sour cream instead of mayo.

Lemon Pepper Green Beans

These were a big hit with my family. Will definitely make again and I am not a green bean person. Udpate: I've been making these for a year now and can't get enough. They are healthy and the only way to get my boyfriend to eat green beans.

Apple Honey Bundt Cake

Left the cake in the oven for 55 minutes and let cool. When I flipped the cake out of the bundt pan, half of the cake was not done. Had to put back in the oven for another 30 minutes. Not sure what happened but that ended up drying out the cake.
