Reuben Sandwich I
Made this on my panini maker - OUTSTANDING!! I used corned beef and make sure the sauerkraut is drained, otherwise the sandwich will get soggy. Don't change a thing. Thanks for the recipe.

Black Pepper Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry
Excellent dish! Made it with ground venison and followed other reviewers advice; included season salt, sesame oil, ginger, green onion. Served over rice. It was delish! For those who have venison, great dish that will "hide" the game flavor. Thanks for sharing, will make again.

Sugar Snap Peas with Mint
Just picked our peas from the local farmer and added chives and mint from our garden. YUM!! I got a little carried away with the mint - I can't help it... I love the smell! But my son (9) said "maybe a little less mint next time, Mom". Great recipe though, thank you for sharing.
