I own my own Bagel Shop and I LUV food! I like to cook...not really bake though...just decorate! especially cupcakes and cakes!
My cooking tragedies
BAKING! baking brownies for 3 hours (oops) and trying to triple of recipe for xmas sugar cookies and instead of using the 16 bars of butter called for we just used 8....yeah that didnt work out so well!

Champagne Punch III
great !Kinda tasted like a cran/fruity margarita..I forgot to add the sparkling ..used 2 diff bottles of sparking wine (under$12 each) and a bottles of reisling

Sangria! Sangria!
YUMMY! I also added apples..followed entire recipe but no carbonated water..it was perfect, sweet but not too sweet. I had another recipe last wk and it was awful! this is the right combo..I used Lambrussco for the wine, I know you can pretty much use whatever but I like specifics and this wine worked perfectly and was recommended.

Eggplant Au Gratin
Wonderful! and its baked..even better! as others commented I have never cooked with eggplant but it came out great! I did bake longer than the recipe stated..probably 10 or so a side
