Good taste and easy to make. I was worried about the pumpkin/butterscotch combo, but it worked well. Followed the recipe exactly.

EXCELLENT recipe. Easy with few ingredients, and tastes sooo good. I refrigerated for 1 hour and froze the dough for another 45 minutes, and it was easy to work with. Don't be shy with the confectioner's sugar. The ones that were coated with the most sugar tasted best. Also, use good quality cocoa for the best taste. Thank you for this recipe!

This recipe is fantastic. I made these cookies with my 3-year-old and found it to be a very forgiving recipe. I let it sit overnight and it was very easy to work with. Just make a simple glaze of powdered sugar and milk to top it and you have the perfect holiday cookie.
