Christmas Pinwheel Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2008
This is a good recipe! They are not as time consuming as others say either. I put the dough in the freezer for an hour and that was cooled perfectly to roll out. Wrapped back up and tossed back in the freezer to chill for the slicing. It worked out well. I mixed them at 9 am and was done early in the afternoon (when kids complied of course). My family enjoyed them very much! I will do these again with other combos!

One Bowl Brownies

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2008
I found this recipe on the box of Bakers Squares unsweetened about a year ago I think. We LOVE these, these are hands down the best brownies we've had. It is very fudgy so I always line the pan with foil and generously grease it. I didn't know about the cakey version until I found the recipe on here, tried it and it came out awesomely! These are great!

Jif® Crispy Treats

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2008
Rice Krispie treats are the best! Adding peanut butter definately was a nice change for a different flavor. I've also added about 1 & 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips to this and they came out very good.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2008
This was my first attempt at a cinnamon roll ever, I haven't even made a bread before (with yeast). I actually did this with no trouble, it's simple and really only takes 90 minutes TOPS! I put them in a 9X13" pan to bake and I also made the cream cheese icing that was suggested. They were very loved and gobbled up!

Snow Flakes

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2008
This is an old handed down family recipe. We LOVE it very much! We always have to double the recipe because they literally FLY off the wire racks. If you don't do orange zest/orange rind you can use 1-2 TBS of frozen OJ concentrate (that's what we usually do). Love these cookies!

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2008
This is another family favorite of ours. The only thing I change is NOT adding the water, otherwise they are perfect! All guests, friends, and family members who have tried it all say these are better than most restaurants' enchiladas. It's hard to find them better than this.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2008
These are THE best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had. I've been making these for over a year and everyone who has had them agree they are the best. They stay moist for a very long time, long enough for them all to be eaten! I love how soft they are as well. You can definately get creative with the chips you add, I've used peanut butter & milk chocolate, M&Ms, etc. This recipe is even more amazing with chocolate pudding as well! I just made it the first time yesterday with choc pudding and my hubby flipped :)

Italian Style Meatloaf I

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2008
I've been making this for the last year and a half at least. It's a family favorite! I ALWAYS double the recipe. I sub 1/3 of the beef for sweet italian sausage (casings removed and just mixed in). Once in the loaf pan I cover it with a thin layer of ketchup and a layer of provalone slices or italian blend shredded cheese. I baked it loosely covered with alunimum foil for 50 mins, remove the foil and continue baking for another 15 mins or so. We LOVE this recipe!
