Iced Pumpkin Cookies

If you want to skip the frosting, just add chocolate chips....amazing. I also substituted 1/2 cu. sugar for brown sugar...just my preference.

I havn't gotten a single bad loaf from this recipe. However, I'm still trying to get the chemistry down to find the best consitencey. Great sandwich bread.

Spaghetti Squash I

great stuff. I hsould have taken the seeds out of my tomatoes becasue it made the whole mix a bit mushy. But the flavors are great and the squash itself had a great texture.

These never got at crispy on the outside as I like them, but they are the closest I've gotten to the ones I was obsessed with in Italy. The extra vanilla helps give them the perfect flavor. Make sure to keep them on the small side and bake them for at least 30 min. or more
