Grandma's Polish Perogies
Very excellent repice , easy dough to work with. The first time I made I followed directions, I founf the potatoes to be "wet". The second time I used the microwave, shaved prep time down, made lots of carmelized onions to add to the potatoes, the texture was wonderful and the flavor was a hit. Also didnt have to peel any potatoes and the result was a dryer potato. Thank you for sharing. Darlene

Amish White Bread
Happy Valentine's Day!!! Bah Humbug...while everybody was getting flowers and candy I got loaf pans ... my son and his wife got me two, my stepson got me two also and my husband got me another. It is all your fault... all the good reviews I had to try this recipe, it is just so easy and tasty and the consistancy is so full of flavor and substance I have traded my baseball cap for an Amish lace cap...chuckle...chuckle and I did get flowers all purpose and 25 lbs of bread flower. Since I tried it the first time we have not bought white bread just loaf pans. Thank you for sharing it with me.

Date Nut Bread
I love this recipe...so gooooood, so easy.so much so I made gift baskets with the ingredients (like a cake mix in a package) and a loaf pan, the printed recipe. Wraped in cellophane and a bow. I also added 1 tsp each cinn., ginger. 1/2 tsp nutmeg and 1/4 tsp clove. I make this at least twice a week and it goes just to fast. Thank you for the smiles I have received. I am passing them on to you. darlene2all
