I can't tell you how many times I have made this recipe and everyone in my family (even the kiddos) love it!! Sometimes I do not have sour cream for the cucumber sauce so I'll just use plain yogurt and it still taste great. I do not make any adjustments on the marinade. And for the toppings I use what I have on hand. Great recipe!! Thanks for sharing it!!

Taco Pie

I made this recipe for a luncheon and got nothing but great compliments and copies of the recipe. I followed one of the other reviewers and incorporated white chedder salsa, ranch style beans and doritos as the topping. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Easy Chili I

The recipe was great. I had to tweak it a little because I only had some of the ingredients (the cumin, chili powder, onions, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and garlic) and I have kids, so jalepenos were out of the question. I used about a pound and a half of ground venision (All I had on hand). I didn't have chili beans, so I used black beans (tasted great with this). For the salt and pepper I used 2 tsp. of both. I had to play with it to get just the right flavor. Plus I only let it simmer for about 40 min and it still came out good. Thanks for the recipe!!

Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This recipe is the best!! My kids even eat it. I always make this has an appetizer, no matter what kind of event. I like to eat it with Ritz crackers, but Melba toast gives it the high class feel. LOL!!

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)

I LOVE TRES LECHES CAKE!! and decided to make this cake for New Year's. I do have to agree, the longer it sits in the fridge, the better it is. I'm almost done with it. (I have been eating it all by myself, he, he) I do recommend not adding so much sugar to the heavy cream, cut it down to only a couple of tbs. Thanks for the recipe!!

PHILADELPHIA® Sugar Cookie Cutouts

Made this recipe as a Christmas gift for my daugter's teacher and bus driver's. It is fantastic!! I broke the dough down into three balls and chilled them for an hour. Used flour on the counter and rolling pin so it wouldn't be so sticky. I also placed red and green sugar on the dough before baking. It actually did take 13 minutes to cook. But it was well worth the wait. My hubby liked them too, and he isn't much of a cookie eater.
