I have been married for three years and I am still trying to adapt to cooking for a man who will not eat any vegetables, potatoes and corn are the only exceptions. However he does have a sweet tooth that I indulge all too often. I graduate from college in May 2008 and will be a Middle School Math teacher!! Desserts and mostly chicken or Italian foods. Me, my mother in law, and two sister in laws love to cook! My favorite thing is to buy them cooking gadgets or cookbooks. I won a baking contest at church with my Caramel Pecan Cheesecake-I won a chocolate fountain!! I thought I had lost my cooking skills, it turned out that my oven lost it's ability to control its thermostat! Thank goodness...nice new oven has restored my cooking confidence!
