I am a mother of 2 girls. I currently am a stay-at-home mother. Lately, I have started a little catering business on the side. I am able to have my children with me, while also making money at doing something I love....TO COOK! Anything that makes people feel good. I aim to please! I remember my mother always letting us have a hand in the kitchen. EVERYTHING was always from scratch or from the garden. I took advantage of that when I was younger, but realize how lucky I was to have such a great mentor and teacher. I feel very accomplished that I can cook for 1 person to 30 people with my home based catering business and still get the same results. I have yet to receive any negative comments. It makes me feel good when others get a little taste of my passion! Tragedies are life lessons. You learn from them and then pick yourself back up and keep going....and maybe eat mounds of chocolate in between those stressful times :)
