This was pretty good, although I added chicken and sliced mushrooms and served with whole wheat penne pasta instead of fettuccine.

This is a fun snack. After mixing some of the cereal into the chocolate mixture, I poured it onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper to distribute the chocolate more evenly. After it was all coated I let it cool for a few minutes, then put it into a big bowl and sprinkled it with the powdered sugar. I did not use nearly as much powdered sugar as the recipe called for; it was plenty sweet with just a little to keep the cereal from sticking together too much. I also did not use the full amount of cereal as there was not enough chocolate to coat it all. Hint: do not add the powdered sugar until the chocolate has(mostly)cooled; otherwise you will get that wet texture others have mentioned and the chocolate will just absorb the sugar.

These came out pretty chocolately and were pretty easy to make. I thought they were just ok, but my co-workers really enjoyed them.
