Sarah's Applesauce
Wonderful way to use up all those apples from our trees! I used my apple peeler and canned 6 quarts and froze another 5 quarts...Very good flavor and easy too!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies
very good... but I baked them for 13-14 minutes and they turned out great! will make these again!
