Super easy and yummy. I added a little chopped jalepeno in the egg mixture, and some Tabasco on top of individual servings. AWESOME!

This recipe was really good and I would definitely make it again. I followed the instructions exactly except I did not include the black olives. I just couldn't get my mind around that flavor mixed with the other ingredients. A word of caution...Follow the instructions on the box/container when preparing the puff pastry. I made the mistake of cooking them in my toaster oven (which the instructions said not to do) and they turned out horribly! It really took away from the enjoyment of the sauce. My husband ate the leftovers on toast and said it was great.
