Cinnamon-Raisin Granola
Excellent granola recipe. Did change a few things to make the granola clump together better. Instead of 1/4 cup used 1/2 cup of each brown sugar, canola oil and honey. Used 2 tsp of cinnamon instead of 1 and cut back vanilla extract to 1 tsp so it did not over power cinnamon taste. Sprinkled cinnamon on top of granola after spreading out on cookie sheet before baking. Baked exactly 15 mins. at 350 and stirred granola every 5 mins. to keep from sticking to bottom of cookie sheet and browning to fast.

Baked Ziti I
Excellent recipe!!!!! I followed recipe as it called for. I got the provolone cheese sliced thick in the deli at publix which made the casserole very thick and yummy!!!! This is the best baked Ziti recipe I have ever made.

Ham and Cheese Breakfast Casserole
The flavor of this casserole was very good although way too much bread. I even put four more eggs than recipe called for as others did and middle of casserole came out very soupy. I cooked casserole 15 minutes longer than recipe said and middle was still way to runny.
