Mushroom and Mascarpone Ravioli

I used 1 tsp of filling, brushed water on the sides to seal and pressed the edges firmly with my fingers. I let them rest a few minutes before boiling them for 3 minutes. Serve with rosee sauce (see my other review for recipe). Will definitely make this again!
