Decided on this marinade because we had all the ingredients. Decreased the oil to 1/4 cup to decrease the calories/fat. Also added 1T grated ginger, 1t sirarcha and 1T sesame oil to increase the Asian flavor. Everyone in my family loved it.

Honey Walnut Shrimp

New England Clam Chowder II

Super delicious and easy.My 12yr old son made it himself with some suggestions from me. We doubled the flour and added a tsp salt & minced garlic clove when sauteing the onions. We used 1 1/2 cups fat free half & half at the end. We also added 3/4 cup (canned or frozen)sweet corn b/c my son likes it.

Outstanding recipe. We also add fennel seed to the recipe. We make in 10 pound batches and freeze.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Next time would make broth into gravy and serve as hot roast beef sandwiches. Very tender, able to just pull meat apart with fork. I would also salt and pepper roast before placing in crosck pot.
