About this Cook
I am a 24yr old mother with two wonderful little boys 2&3. Married to a wonderful man and we work to different shifts!
My favorite things to cook
Chicken PotPie (Old Family Recipe), Pasta Bakes, Roast Chicken w/waffels and gravy or just to name a few.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Sunday Dinners are a tradition. Roast Chicken/Trukey, Baked Ham, Chicken Pot Pie with all the trimmings. Even after I started my own family this is one thing that I have kept at least once a month going.
My cooking triumphs
I haven't triumphed anything yet I am always finding something wrong with what I cook or bake. Even if my family saids that it is the best yet!
My cooking tragedies
I have come to find out Bread is just one thing I can not make.:( I have given up on it!

Glazed Meatloaf I
This is a keeper in my house. I have tired it with lemon juice and w/out. It seems a little watered down with the lemon juice so I have cut it down to just 1tble spoon. I love it both ways. My kids it and my husband asked for it all the time..

Great Recipe keeper in my house. I actually cooked it for a family dinner. It is great for one of thous nights that you don't have alot in the pantery and not alot of time.. I did use Brown sugar rather then White. Made my house smell wonderful while baking and my husband tried to go back for seconds but just couldn't ne more because he was full. Kristen's Awesome Oatmeal Cookies
This is the first time that I made Oatmeal cookies from scratch. I usally buy a bag and make them that way. So that is why I gave it a four star. This recipe is great for a newbie and I had no prob with baking or making them. My husband who dose not like Oatmeal Rasian even went back for seconds. I made them for my neighbor who called my mom and raved about them..
