My cooking tragedies
I had my girlfriends sleep over one night and we decided to make cookies. Baking is the one thing I'm not that great at. The cookies were like rocks and the frosting was runny water. Not impressive.

Pressure Cooker Italian Chicken Soup
This soup is really easy, super healthy and even my picky husband likes it. I add an extra onion, extra cup of broth, package of chicken breasts instead of one bone-in, and substitute blackbeans for garbanzo beans. Also doesn't hurt to give it some kick with medium/hot salsa or to use spicy sausage.

Best Tuna Casserole
Added 1 cup milk and sustituted crackers for the chips. Also added a liberal amount of salt and pepper. Good consistency, but bland flavor. A step up from tuna helper. I will make this again, but will use evaporated milk, fresh sauteed mushrooms and more salt and pepper next time.

Sausage-Stuffed French Loaf
Yum! My fiance loved it. I left out the fennel, used all ground beef and added some ketchup, worshteshire and chopped pickles. We will definitely add this into the mix! Thanks!
